Martin Frost
Chairman
Martin was appointed to the role of CEO for Sagentia Group in September 2003. He joined the Group in 1997 from GEC-Marconi, where he served as Financial Controller of a number of its Divisions for three years. Prior to joining GEC-Marconi, Martin spent several years in the USA, France and Belgium, working for the Environmental Services Division of Simon Engineering plc. Martin sits on the Board of Sagentia and several of the Group’s spin-out companies including CMR Fuel Cells.
Ir John Mok
Director
John is Co-founder and Chairman of Automatic Manufacturing Limited (AML) and the founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Medical & Healthcare Device Manufacturers Association. John is also an advisor to the Hong Kong Trade & Development Council, Hong Kong Government Industry Department, Hong Kong PolytechnicUniversity and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He led the AML group to win the 2004 Quality Grand for Hong Kong Industries and was awarded the Director of The Year Award 2005 by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Co-founder and Vice Chairman of Automatic Manufacturing Limited (AML). Peter has expertise in mechanical technology, global marketing, strategic alliance and joint venture creation.
Dr. Tim Moore
Director & CEO
Tim has an active interest in breakthrough service and product development from initial concept development through to production. Tim joined Sagentia in February 2001 to work in new product development where he led many successful developments for Hornby plc. Prior to this, he was technical director of Phenomenon Group plc and OnMedica Group plc – the medical web portal for health professionals. He graduated with a first class honours degree in Physics with Electronics at the University of Birmingham, and in 1998 working with Hitachi Europe, he obtained a PhD from Cambridge in Microelectronic Engineering.
Ir Dr KM Chow
Director & COO
KM has over 19 years’ experience in engineering and management in global companies in Hong Kong. Prior to SGAI, Dr Chow joined AML as Corporate General Manager in 2003, responsible for developing corporate strategies and a diversification portfolio, technology research, innovative product development, nurturing new start up divisions and promoting corporate university coaching.
Lara Hawketts
Director of Product Innovation
Lara joined Sagentia in November 2006 with 12 years’ experience in business to business sales and marketing within the service sector, most recently specialising in consumer insight and product design with PDD Design group in London. At PDD Lara helped to raise the profile of the organisation through marketing and PR activities thus enabling a growth of the company in the consumer insight and innovation space. Lara has worked with innovation and marketing teams within global brands including Ford (UK), Nestle (Switzerland), Levi’s (USA) and Sony Ericsson (Sweden).
Ian Anderson
Director of Product Development
A mechanical engineer with 18 years’ experience in the development of innovative products and systems, Ian is currently joint head of Sagentia’s Product Development Group. Career highlights include the development of the PerfectDraft® home draught beer dispenser for Inbev and Philips. gDNA extraction instruments and a low cost thermal transfer printer. Prior to working as a technical consultant, Ian spent nine years industrial experience working on projects as varied as Head Up Displays for military aircraft, reconnaissance cameras, robotic broadcast systems and laboratory instrumentation such as spectrometers.
Dr. Horst Mischo
Director of European Sales
Horst has been involved in establishing the SGAI and Sagentia consulting business in Germany, with particular focus on project management in medical devices. As consultant for a major pharmaceutical corporate he was significantly involved in launching four high-volume medical products onto the markets in the US and in Europe. Before joining Sagentia, Horst had been head of Optical Metrology Division at the Fraunhofer Insititute in Aachen, a major German contract R&D house. A physicist by education, Horst went on to obtain a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen.
