The Graduate Scheme

Through a combination of in-house and external training, a buddy and mentor support network and regular performance feedback we aim to offer graduates experience across the whole business rather than requiring them to choose just one area before they have experienced others. 

Graduates at Sagentia work alongside other graduates as well as more senior members of staff on cutting edge client projects. They attend client meetings as well as undertaking technical work in order to gain commercial awareness and understanding. 

Regular self-evaluation is required as part of self-development along with performance feedback from colleagues, training and development.
